Registration
Either as the project owner or project consultant (i.e, Architect, Quantity Surveyor)

Project Specifications
Selections concerning the characteristics of the project (i.e, type, size, storeys)

Geographical Scope of Tender
Choose whether your project is open only to contractors from your own city, or also to contractors from any other cities

Eligibility Criteria for Contractors
Select the quantitative/qualitative criteria that contractors must fulfil in order to be eligible (i.e, experience, category, previous projects)

Uploading Project Plans and Documents
Upload all the available project plans and documents (i.e, architectural and structural plans, bill of quantities)

Set Tender Duration and Submit
Set your tender’s duration (i.e, 20 days) and submit your project for posting

Once your Project Tender process is launched on Projects.cy, up to 5 contractors that fulfil the eligibility criteria that you have set may obtain your full project documents/plans and submit a tender

You may additionally name specific contractors (i.e, XBuild Ltd and ZBuild Ltd) to be invited by Projects.cy to view your project and submit a tender

What happens After I Submit my Project?

Provided there are no errors or omissions, the project is posted on the Platform with 24 hours

The project tender invitation and the project preview appear in Projects.cy’s List of Projects (here)

All the contractors that meet the eligibility criteria that you have set are automatically notified

Through your Projects.cy account you can monitor progress, receive updates, and post circulars or amendments

You receive the contractors’ tenders directly to the email/address that you have specified

We do not post your personal data , such as your personal details or your project’s address on the Platform. Neither do we post your building plans, except for an anonymized sample (i.e, a top view). Only a limited number of registered contractors who meet the eligibility conditions that you set, and who acquire the project documents in order to submit a tender to you can obtain this information.
